+ The studio itself is nice and new, but it is NOT READY TO BE RENTED because it does not have internet and it is in the middle of a construction site.
− They have a difficult customer service. When you call, they hang up on you. Then, three seconds later call, they call you back. When I rented the studio, it said that it had internet, but I never had internet connection. The "customer service operator" provided me some usernames and passwords that did not exist. The studio itself is not bad, but it is between a construction site, so you hear construction working HAMMERING AND DRILLING ALL DAY LONG!!!! NO PEACE AT ALL!! A WARZONE!!
