+ The hotel is located very close to the metro and bus station, so it is easy to get to any part of the city.
− It was terribly humid, therefore there was mold in the bathroom, and all our clothes were wet (even those stored in a suitcase). Several times we received towels with stains. The hotel needs urgent renovation. Several times we didn’t receive fresh towels after the room service (we’ve noticed that right after the shower, so it was really uncomfortable). The restaurant is tiny for such a huge hotel, it was always overcrowded and it was difficult to find a free seat, free table - almost impossible. The breakfast is the same every day (buffet). The refrigerator in our room was making constant loud noise.

− Very bad they don't change the bed sheet every day and even towel so old Staff is ok but hotel towel so old and they don't change bed sheet every day
