− Owner's service attitude. All the moods were destroyed by the owner's service attitude. We respect the culture here very much. The owner asked for 4000 rubles as a deposit, but in the end the ower refused to return our deposit for various incomprehensible reasons. This is my first time to Moscow, but we suffered this experience, it's really inconceivable. We booked this apartment for more than 1 week!! However owner playing this game. KIND REMINDER IF YOU HAVE BETTER CHOICE, DON'T FALL INTO THIS TROUBLE. IT WILL DESTROY YOUR WHOLE MOOD.
