− I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent apartment rental through your platform. Upon my arrival, I found that the air conditioning was not working and there was no remote control to operate it. Given the extreme heat, it is impossible to stay in the apartment under these conditions. I contacted the reception via email, but they informed me that they could not do anything unless the owner intervenes and pays for a repair team. I have also tried to contact the owner through messages and WhatsApp, but I have received no response. I am requesting a full refund of my reservation as well as my deposit, as I changed the apartments. It is unacceptable to list properties in such a state. I came to enjoy my visit to your country, not to face such complications. and they didn’t get my money back 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
