+ the room is quite spacious and well equipped for the price. Bed is firm and seems new. Tv is big. Kitchen has everything needed.
− The soundproofing is very poor, with neighbouring rooms or the outside world. There is a deep low constant noise that comes from the outside. A slightly unpleasant smell comes out of the sink and water drainage in the bathroom, but that's minor : just leave ventilation running.
