− The apparent is in 5th floor with no elevators and you have to carry your bags by yourself.. the apparent is very small with a lot of items in it, no one speaks English. The TV doesn’t work. The toilet flush is broken, the apparent owners will never help you. Half of the time the apartment heater was not very good and the temperature was very cold.
