+ Location just outside Sportivnaya metro station.
− Thay need to be more visual in the outside of the biulding telling that’s Spektr hotel. The elevator leaves you halfway of every floor so yo have to use some stairs and you have to use your room card like four times to get in to your room or to get out it’s kind of annoying.
