+ Location and convenience: the bar and coworking area in the 13th floor, the food hall in the 2nd and the metro station just below the building with direct access to the building, plus the "Dream Island" complex just on the other side of the avenue, with a walking bridge conecting the building, the metro station and the other side of the avenue. Super convenient.
− The room is 20 square meters, it is a " doll's house ", so not suitable for long term stay
