You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the apartment — the Tverskaya metro station, Red and Manezhnaya squares, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the Bolshoi Theater, the State Historical Museum and the Museum. A.S. Pushkin, Stary Arbat, as well as Patriarch's Ponds, Bolshaya Nikitskaya and Bolshaya Dmitrovka streets. Guests are welcome to stay at 2-room apartment of about 60 sqm with 3.2m ceilings. The design project was made with respect for the family of the Soviet actress Lyudmila Marchenko, who owned the apartment for 80 years. Windows, chairs and other elements have been preserved and restored. The renovation was completed in May 2023. Free Wi-Fi is available on site. If you are traveling by car, you can park in a paid parking lot nearby in the closed courtyard of the house. Accessibility: elevator is in operation. In the apartment, guests will find: a kitchen with a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a stove, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a coffee grinder, dishes for cooking and serving and a welcome set of products, a bathroom with a set of towels, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, liquid soap, cotton pads and sticks, hair dryer. In the living room there is a double sofa and a folding armchair, Smart-TV, a wardrobe. In the bedroom there is a bed 160x200 cm, a folding armchair, a mirror, a wardrobe. The apartments have air conditioning, a washing machine and an iron and ironing board.
