+ room was okay
− Wifi never worked, we asked for help but they didn't help. Check in was a traumatic experience, we wasted around 3/4 hours. We chose option for payment with no card (since Visa currently doesn't work in Russia) but they asked us to pay through a qr code with card.
+ Nothing, service is the worst ever
− Never try to stay here, service is the worst, rooms not clean, they said receptionist speak English and don't speak even one single word.... of you want to want to waste your money, this is the right place

− A hotel without a front desk is also called a hotel? There is no indication on the platform that it is an apartment. When I asked on the platform whether I could check in, no one responded. It is the worst of the worst. No wonder it only has a 6.8 rating.
