− The picture of room on site is totally fake. You will definitely get a room that is not comfortable.

− Terrible noise isolation: Street noise, neighbourhood’s noise. Wifi stopped working after 10:00. Not very well-equipped with essentials.

+ The check in was fast enough, and when I encountered a problem (the refrigerator in assigned room was not quite working) I was promptly transferred to a different unit. Friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location near the metro and many shops.
− The railway line is nearby as well as a busy road, so it may be a little bit difficult to sleep in the early parts of the evening, but it does get quiet later.
+ It is a nice hotel, we like it so much. we stay here about 30 times.
− but this time the room was so noisy, we heared the trains, talkings and boom boom ...in the street((. two persons and only one blancket not good. next time we will try to speak before on the reseption.
+ I am really glad that I chose this hotel. It has great localization, what makes that it is very easy get to the centre - metro station is not so far, there is also train station across the street from hotel and bus stop on the corner. Driving by bus you can find as an interesting trip! I came back there with pleasure after all day tour of the city. The room were spacious and well furnished. The bed was really comfortable. That was priceless to take a bath in a bathtube after long day. Staff very care about cleaning, also they are professional and discreet. I highly recommend this hotel and I am hope to stay there again in the future.
