+ The room is nice, and it takes around 10mins to walk to the subway station. There are also supermarkets nearby, which allow you to buy groceries and cook your own meal. I would recommend it for people who have a Russian bank card and speak Russian. For tourists, it is better to choose a hotel with a reception, which will save you much trouble.
− The superintendent in the building is unwilling to help us open the door when we forgot to bring the room key. The cleaning fee is paid separately, which is the same as airbnb. And it is also inconvenient for people without a local bank card to pay the deposit and the cleaning fee, because they do not have a reception to accept cash.
