+ The apartment itself is excellent, amazing view, perfectly clean, well equipped, the host is polite, and the price is very good for this building, although the reason why the price is lower is explained by the privacy downside. Overall, if you want an affordable stay in Neva Towers, a little noise during the day doesn't bother you, you speak Russian and/or you don't plan to order food or bring anyone to the apartment without planning it out in advance and telling the host, i would highly recommend this apartment.

This is a large apartment that was converted into 2 tiny studios each with it's own bathroom and kitchen. You open the main apartment door to enter and there is a tiny area where 2 doors and a closet are located, and you pick whichever apartment you get assigned by the host for your stay(can't choose while booking). The building has excellent sound isolation between apartments, but not between rooms within the same apartment, so you will hear the cleaning staff during the day as they work, and you will hear the comings and goings of whoever rented out the other unit in the apartment, not very private. Another thing to keep in mind is the fact that to gain entry to the building and elevator you need a key card which expires at midnight every day, so every day you have to go to reception to have it renewed, and none of the staff and security speak a word of English. This security "feature" is apparently in place everywhere in Moscow-city and not specific to this building/apartment. Also, having guests visit you during your stay can be awkward since the security guards literally chase after unfamiliar faces and insist that they go to reception to register with their passport(and good luck understanding this if you don't speak Russian, they can be quite rude), but it is not enough for them to just show their passport, the owner of the apartment has to put their name into the reception's system first before they can show their passport and be allowed entry. So to invite a guest, you have to text the owner with their name and hope that they see your message quickly. This also goes for food delivery couriers, so having food delivered to your apartment without speaking Russian is nearly impossible, and it is a challenge even if you go down to reception to wait for them since couriers usually go to a service entrance and call you speaking Russian.

+ I loved the convenient location near Afimall and the Delovoy Center, providing easy metro access. The breathtaking views from the bedroom alone make this room worth booking. It is well-equipped with all the essentials for daily use, including a washing machine, hairdryer, water filter, and even an air humidifier. Our host, Alexander, was extremely helpful and responded quickly to our questions. 10/10 would recommend and will be booking again!
