+ The old lady works at the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Room was clean
− Toilet seat is broken and low water pressure
+ Receptionist was friendly, rooms are small but practical for a few nights stay, good location and a plus for lift because it’s located on the 5th floor

+ Close to Red Square and shopping....also close to metro stop. It is a family run business where the I felt quite welcomed.
− The elevator did not work all weekend...tough to climb to the 5th floor each time, especially since the weather was quite warm. This was not the fault of the hotel of course.
