+ The owner was very helpful and responsive. The neighbourhood is quiet and full of greenery. The flat is stylish and spacious.
− Barrier gates are everywhere, so it is tricky for taxis to enter the residential area. But the owner is responsive and she sends pin code passes very quickly.
