− The receptionist ia very very very very very very very very RUDE !!! The short guy with white hair He can’t even respect language differences!! Once I checked in he give me a paper to sign It was all in russion language which I couldn’t understand I asked him several times to help me just understand what do I have to write bro!! He just kept being angry that I don’t understand the language!! I asked him many many times for Wifi password or to help me connecting to the free wifi ( it needs a russian sim card to confirm a code) He just kept ignoring me ans jusy says (no wifi in an angry way) Once I literally bagged him to connect me he agreed and connected me ! Really rude and unprofessional! How do you guys hire a receptionist that has 0 communication skills with people!! The other receptionist (the blonde girl was nice and helpful) But that guy I cannot discribe the inconvenience I felf because of him

+ Location is pretty good, close to transportation (metro,bus,tram) and market you can be able to find restuarant and cafeteria nearby hotel, the building that hotel located have supermarket, department store and many shops inside, next to the road nearby metro station have another shopping mall as well

− Receptionist (a man) does not have services mind, I was arrived at early morning (8am) and I want to drop my luggages but he said need to waiting until 2pm even I had requested drop luggage once I was booking the room, I need to go outside for waiting at Burger King with my luggages and no information share to guest about drop luggages fee (500rub), I need to contact customer services by e-mail only. Hotel is inside the shopping mall that open at 8am - 11pm, and located at 2nd floor without elevator Toilets only 4 rooms but available for 3 rooms and mixed use, no separate man/woman and sometimes the floor is so wet because no draining system well The room is not soundproof, you need earplug once you are sleeping

+ supermarket(Кор АБЛЬ ЦЕНРТ/ Ship Center) on the ground floor of this hotel,& Tulskaya Subway station,300 to 400 meter the hotel is very neat and clean The hotel staff is very honest in their work especially the housekeeping and cleaners, Shelterz Tulskaya Hotel is a perfect hotel at a perfect location, the hotel is very neat and clean The hotel staff is very honest in their work especially the housekeeping and cleaners, the location of this hotel is at such a place that ,ATM, metro, bus, tram and restaurants are very close, my booking was from 15 Oct to 16 Oct and I have extended it to 16 to 18 Oct, there is a ATM & supermarket(Кор АБЛЬ ЦЕНРТ/ Ship Center) on the ground floor of this hotel, and its first entry is from there

− The entry of the hotel is from a super market, they should mention it and also the name of the super market

+ The metro is only 2 mins. walk. There’s a nearby 24h grocery store and Burger King down the building.

− I stayed spring time, the room is getting hot when you are sleeping.

+ friendly staff. everything was good and It was all convenient.

+ The location of hotel was great because its near the metro station and all type of transportation

− The toilet was awful because that hotel has just one cleaning crew and she can't clean toilet completely, she had not another person to help her.

− Very rude receptionist. Maybe she had a bad day but next day she was rude again so i guess its the personality that doesnt match hotel jobs.

+ It's not far from the metro and bus stop. There are many restaurants around there and also supermarket.

− There is not enough restroom and shower room. They should be separated for women and men. The restrooms are smelly and not clean and the kitchen is messy and not clean.

+ Cleanness, everything was very clean.

− It was difficult for me to find the right location! and i heared sounds from the other rooms clearly, looked like all of us in one room!!!

+ The hotel is located near Tulskaya metro station. It's quite convenient. It's quite. The air is fine. No windows - good and affordable service. Toilets and bathrooms were clean

− I specifically requested to book a room farther from washrooms, but they book a room just across the washrooms anyway.

+ My room was nice and cozy. Also very clean and modern.

− The kitchen was very limited. Only a microwave and hot water. Also, the temperature of the showers changed duractically every few seconds while in use which was very frustrating.
