+ Excellent location

− Employees of the front aren't so kind unlike the repairman who do maintenance in the building. Warm water in shower rooms don't work well when another guest takes a shower even using toilet. The temperature changes a lot, so it's difficult to take a shower with warm water continuously.

+ This hotel is so great. 1. The room is so clean and all are prepared. 2. Staff are so kind. 3. Foreigners can communicate with staff by translation device 4. Counter swevice is available until late time All are so good, therefore I recommend this hotel. I will visit this hotel again. Thanks!

+ Very well situated, near to the center, 10 minutes by metro, small room but private, we have own key, it's a good place, cheaper, and useful for travelers. Small, but private, we can left some things, it's perfect for travelers Very well People dont speak english, only one persone of reception speaks a little bit, but in general all is good

− I didn’t like the room. It was so small that I couldn’t even squat down. The soundproofing was not good. I could hear the snoring next door. The receptionist was very rude. He needed registration documents. I didn’t know what they were. Just ask me to leave, or should I figure it out on my own? I only found out after asking others. What a terrible experience.

+ There are malls nearby and the metro station is really close. Pretty nice place It was very clean and neat. The receptionist knows English so it was very easy and pleasant.

− The hotel room was too hot The receptionists didn't help with anything I had special order while booking the room they said okay. When i arrived they said we can't

+ Near from metro station and everything you need is 100 meter from you

− They should think of hot weather, if you close the door will be like oven

− Room is so small, no window, so hot at night, no fan, no air conditioning, just a very small room. Showers and toilets are good but hot water turns into very cold when someone else is showering.

+ The receptionist is quite beautiful but serious. The room is small but the price is good for that, can live, I slept quite well and comfortable.

− The bathroom was quite bad. While taking shower, there wasn’t soup ( thanks I bought my own ), while taking shower there was uncomfortable smell of pee, while taking shower, after maybe 5-8min the water turned cold and stoped, like if there was a limit to take shower with hot water ( and if I would be full of soup ? ), also the shower’s floor is very uncomfortable and hurts the foot if taking without flip flops.The bathroom is VERY COLD !
