+ The location is great, the security is high, and the staff are very helpful.

− There were some repairs and it was a big inconvenience.

+ The room is awesome and the decoration is fantastic and the location is worth for staying near to the read Square and also the best thing about this hotel is luggage support

− The reception is not identified when you Check in therfore you have to knock the door and then you will go to the level two for registration

+ Everything was amazing. Great hospitality from the staff, cleaning was top notch, staff were very friendly and made everything easy for us. I definitely recommend.

+ Location is nice and close to the Red square only 10 minutes walk across the bridge , They provide wash lets in Toilets very convenient for Muslim’s use, the hotel staff were very helpful and supportive , they gave us two adjacent rooms for me and children. Bathroom floor has controlled temperature

− No breakfast dining provided and rooms i got are on the side and no view and are too narrow like a corridor , Not all rooms are River view some are ugly view!!! Building facade and Reception look modern but rooms look old and classic, No other services like Gym and Spa and pool

− The rooms were extra dusty and dirty because of the full room carpets in the rooms. In addition, there is huge difference between hotel's lobby and rooms. The rooms are old, do not look modern and dont look clean like the hotel lobby. In general, I did not find the room cleaning good for the money I paid

+ 7-8 walk from the metro which is good. Walking distance to red square. Room are super clean, nice view even my view was just facing to garden sparkling clean in room I ordered food from the hotel which is so tasty

− Everything was perfect except the Spa services. I paid full to have an Spa services which included few of the items. And the masseur insisted me to have some mugwort thing on my back. I thought it's included in the spa services because he didn't mention it has to pay extra. And I paid full already before I went to the spa, In the next day when i check out, The spa services cost me an extra amount which is not small (I am ok to pay if he told me before, but he didn't) That's the only thing I really don't like. For the other staffs in the hotel was excellent. If you stay in this hotel and want to have massage must beware of this.

+ When I come to the hotel, I can't find my room, staff kindly find my room with patience😀Also, the room is clean and the window has a wide view. I will still choose this hotel next time I come to Moscow😆

+ Everything was great. We were offered with help with our luggage. The hotel is located in the center of the city, walking distance from Red Square and Kremlin.

+ - Relatively close to the subway,

− I recently found myself in a situation where there were 3 parties to a conflict (one of which was me) and everyone kind of misbehaved: - Me - because I wanted to sleep (at 1 am what else do you want), so inattentively read what I order - Ostrovok.ru - because distinctly do not write what rates are non-refundable and do not make any warning before taking my money (and eventually refuse to return them, hiding that the rules of return sets the hotel) - And actually, this hotel as vilely acted, refusing to settle me, change my booking (when booking through Ostrovok, as I found out already in the hotel, there is no option of night check-in) and demanded to pay again the room on the spot, hiding behind the fact that he had already suffered losses for the hour, while I booked, drove to the hotel (what losses for that hour the hotel has suffered so nobody has explained me). What can I say about the hotel itself: - Relatively close to the subway, - The room is stuffy and the bed is very uncomfortable, so it is impossible to get a good night's sleep. - The bar is very uncomfortable, the floor is big and the bed was tilted back down in the morning and the dining room was big and uncomfortable. - But most of all I would like to mention the most disgusting attitude towards the guests I have had in the last 5 years. Before that, the hotel in a small Asian village held the first place. Thank the hotel that at least they didn't crap in my suitcase while I was trying to sleep.
