+ Location is perfect. Reception teams were very nice to me. They helped me call yandex taxi many times and contacted to Cosmos Murmansk hotel to send my tourist registeration form for me and my family via mail. Thank you very much. Breakfast was wonderful, variety, delicious and hot meal. Breakfast changed menu every morning. That was very great.
− No Lift, My family and I must climb 4 floors, up and down, up and down for everyday we stayed. Eventhough there was a big guy to help us carry our luggages to our rooms. Please fix your lift, That would be great for every tourists and staffs.
+ Location is the best!! Easy to travel to everywhere. Breakfast is nice and changes everyday. Staffs are nice and generous. They help me to book taxi many times.
− Only one Lift is out of order and seem not to be fixed forever. My room was on the 4th floor, My family and I had to fight the stairs.

+ The hotel is next to the Kremlin and 3 min from one of the main metro stations. All main atractions can be easily reached either by foot or metro.
− I would like to have a mini fridge in the room and a water kettle.
+ Great Location with Good and cooperative Reception Staff
− No boiling water and Coffee Corner in the Room , No toothpaste.
+ Position, kindness and room space
− Too hot in the room
+ The location: just behind the Kremlin and 5 minutes walk from old Arbat.
− Change of towels not every day
