+ - Location is perfect plus two decent supermarkets within 5 minutes’ walk. - No need to buy bottled water as the water purifier works well.
− - Bring your own toilet paper if you intend to stay longer - But I’d advise against long-term stay as the neighbors upstairs will not let you get any rest and earplugs won’t save your sleep.

− - Crazy noisy neighbors from upstairs that will keep you awake at night until 1AM then 7-8AM. Earplugs won’t help. - Got a small roll of toilet paper for 3 days then no toilet paper refill though agreed upon after a 10-day extension of stay.
