− Housekeeping is bad , you need to request everyday for vacuum cleaning and but still the housekeepers not professional One more thing the rooms not isolated from noise from street

+ The hotel is very good , but it’s will take 15 min by car to the center but everything was nice even the staff was very nice and helpful

− The journey from the airport to the hotel by taxi was much longer however the Metro station situated 10 minutes away from the hotel was excellent for a quick commute to the red square and anywhere else

− All employees are rude when speaking to expatriates, they laugh at us and do not help us. They do not have time to help us. The tall, weak security guard is not polite and does not smile. The maid who cleans the room does not clean well. She only cleans the bed and the bathroom. She does not clean the floor, remove any other dirt, change the towel, or check if there is water left. When we call customer service to get help, the employees do not answer in a good way. There is only one elderly employee with short hair. She is polite in talking to us, but the others do not have a style. The hotel is beautiful, nothing to say about it. But it was ruined because of the staff there, they are the first line of communication.

+ Hotel with good location not far away from city centre. There was a mall nearby. easy to take taxi from the hotel entrance. there was a netro station little bit far from the hotel. goid services, nice staff and reasonable prices. We like the hotel and it is our first choice for the next visit.

− I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Over the course of five nights, my room was cleaned only once, despite repeatedly contacting housekeeping and informing the front desk in the morning. Even after raising the issue multiple times, nothing was done by the time I returned each day. When I tried to address this with the staff, they shockingly hung up on me during the call—completely unprofessional behavior for a so-called five-star establishment. The breakfast was also below standard; the eggs were terrible and barely edible. This stay was far from the luxurious and high-quality service I expected. If you’re considering this hotel, think twice. I was highly disappointed, and I won’t be returning. Room numbers: 715 & 717.

− the working time in gym only 6 - 23 not 24/7 (actually tourists don't need 24/7 because they sleep early after long day. but for nightlife tourists maybe it's an issue for them.) + my room was cold even when the temperature control turned on but still cold! maybe it's broken and need repairs

+ We had a very comfortable and nice stay. The hotel staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. The hotel is located in a good area where you can access everything you need. I would definitely stay here again.

+ The kindness and the smiles of the reception staff. Accessible area and entrance with close proximity to the shopping mall through a nearby tunnel.

− Slow WIFI and blocked VPN through the hotel network. Unavailability of IT or electrical technician out side normal working hours, could not operate my private media player as it requires direct WIFI access not through a log in page. Also the AC and the exhaust fan were not working properly in the room with the inside temperature maintaining at 25C 🥵 and no technician was around, however the reception offered to change the room.

+ They speak English. They would provide with shaving kits/ other stuff on request (didn't did myself, by they mentioned it) They have self laundry (didn't try, as I was there for 4 hours only)

− They only provided 1 bathrobe, TV was small. Bathroom was small, no bathtub. Bed was soft and comfortable, but thermostat didn't work. I can't comment much as I stayed there for 4 hours only, but superior bedroom was just average, and way overpriced, can get better rooms, at better location (in terms of getting metro/taxi) This might be good for business trips, but definitely won't recommend it for travel/leisure trips. 7700 rubles for 1 night was not as good as 8700 rubles for 3 nights.

+ In all other points the hotel is good and room was clean (except the floor). Bed is nice, good mattress and bed linen. Hotel located on noisy street but if you take a room looking other side it's quiet. Bathroom small and simple but clean and has all needs. Not far from metro station

− Carpets inside the room and outside as well require proper cleaning, lots of stains and if you walk barefoot dirt stack on your feet. Lamp in the room didn't work properly.

Comfortable, quite, Clean and beautiful rooms, Very tasty food and Drinks. It’s located very close to the Central. I Will choose it again for my next Vacations!))
