+ I stayed at this hostel for three days, and it was a truly wonderful experience. There is a girl named Olga who speaks English very well and is very kind; she helped me print some documents. I would like to thank her and express my gratitude to this lovely hostel. I will definitely come back again.

− This is not my first time staying in this hostel. And every other previous time, I have rated this hostel very good. The reason I have to rate this time for the service 1/10 is because the receptionist didn't give me a place to stay in the hostel although I pre-paid for my stay. She couldn't find my booking information on the system. Then I suggested to her that I can pay again and I will call Ostrovok support later but she definitely didn't neither want to take my suggest nor find a way to solve the issue. The receptionist on that shift kept saying: "Your booking number doesn't exist here" for the whole conversation. What do I expect in a good service? Just a flexibility in solving a small problem. I stayed in this hostel not for the first time and I was shocked by the behaviour of this new receptionist.
