+ This hotel area is quiet and clean near a church. Just walk across the bridge is Red Square ~ 15 -20 minutes. Hotel owner or ladies are very nice, answer our enquiries and help us order a taxi to the airport. And can keep suitcases there after check out, so we can have last minute lunch and shopping. This is a memorable nice place. Will sure stay here in next visit. Thank you to the hotel staffs☺️
+ Only the location is not that bad… but overall it was my worst experience ever… you can switch to other accommodation rather than this rotten place 🤢
− If you’re considering about hygiene, it is not your place… the bathroom smiles like you are leaving In the middle of the sewage 🤢… the don’t change the bed sheets and the AC is not working… this is the baddest experience in my whole life…. Choose other accommodation rather than this place!!!

− Toilet had menstruation blood in the shower when i checked in. Bad smell in the toilet and not properly cleaned bathroom and room. Rooms was very small and dusty. Receptionist was lazy and unhelpful. 0 service

− The smell, every time i enter the apartment there is a fug that contains seafood molecules having very nasty smell. There is no elevator and our floor is on the third and no one helped us with our luggages. The male receptionist never ever smiled not even once, every time when i talk to him i feel unwanted, also never helped us especially on the last day. While the female receptionist tried her best to smile, but also felt unwanted.

+ I loved this hotel and will travel here again. Access to the main streets and Red Square was great.

+ This was my second stay at this hotel. Stayed on the 1st floor this time. Staff spoke English. They were very polite and helpful. Room was clean and warm (January). Hotel is walking distance to all (if not all) the tourist sites. There's no breakfast option but there's a restaurant downstairs.

− If you have heavy luggage or difficulty in climbing stairs, I would recommend requesting rooms on the 1st or 2nd floor. There's no elevator. Staff are prepared to help though.... Thank you ❤️🌹🙏🤗
+ the hotel is located near The Red squre. it's quite easy to access the location which has lots of tourism in Moscow the room which i used is clean and warm. i like it it was really clean The employees were the best. i really appreicate them. they can speak English quite well. they were willing to help whatever i asked, as much as they can. and they helped me a lot, when i need to speak Russian. nice people
+ Location it is the best in the city, just across the river you have the Kremlin and St Basil's with amazing views for a morning walk. And is close in ealking distance to 4 main metro lines.

+ Near to travel location. Is located at the center of Moscow.
+ Very close to red square and Saint basil, about a 15 minute walk. It was also close to other food and drink business on the opposite direction of the red square. Staff was very nice and helpful. They registered my visa, which my previous hotel in Saint Petersburg refused to do. The air conditioner was not super powerful, but we got by.
− The shower head didn’t attach to the mounting hook well, so we were forced to hold it the whole time. It had great pressure though.
