+ The location near the metro, as well as a large living room are the best features of this appartment.
− The appartment was dirty when we moved in. The bathtub was dirty as well. Generaly speaking, the bathromm badly needs to be renovated. On top of that, there weren't bedsheets of the right size for one of the two beds!
