− the room is inside of a host was disingenuous from the beginning, he uses a mattress that's around 20 years old with urine stains on it, he sprayed some masking smell during the 1st day, which started to wear off after the 2nd day and I thought it was coming from the air conditioning but it was actually from the bed, it was disgusting I couldn't even sleep on the 3rd I checked out of the place around 5 am because how bad the smell was as you can see in the photos, he just ignored and lies about everything over the email when I made a complaint to support, acting dumb and autistic for not being aware of his disgusting places he swapped the big white sofa with a disgusting old dirty smaller one. and his after the first day, the stove stopped working, I told him about it, to fix it, but he didn't. I couldn't cook any of the food I bought or heat anything. bathroom had a sewer smell, when I asked him about it he told support it was "all fine", I'm assuming he must have some allergy that clogs his nose because "he is" walking inside breathing fresh air. I have photos and videos of everything it's all been sent to support still waiting for a response from them. to be fair I didn't want to post this but this host's behavior was despicable disgusting
