Minima Kitay-Gorod Hotel

+ Everything was as expected, people were nice and willing to help. I would come back without hesitation.

− Only a few little things : - the cleaning lady would enter in my room while i was still in bed in the morning, then say sorry (but i forgot to put the sign on the door) - the wash machine was broken so i had to go to a store nearby (turned out it was very convenient there as well) - the hotel is on top of a club, so the music is loud on Friday and Saturday until 5am. which was not a problem for me, but be ready !

− They should to something about the bad smell there I think its cam from the restaurant

+ I was at the hotel and enjoyed my stay. Super attentive reception, especially Igor and Ivan, very patient and helped me find my way around the city

+ It was very close to Zaryadye Park and Red Square, there was loads to see just in walking distance. The staff were very helpful, most could speak a little English. If they couldn’t speak English we used the translate app. We would like to say a big thankyou to Ivan, who called a taxi for us on our last day. All the desk staff were helpful and the ladies who cleaned the rooms were very efficient and friendly. We were on the top floor and they carried our bags up for us. They also helped us to find the nearest mobile phone shop was so we could get SIM cards.

− The hotel is next to a pub that played loud music on Friday and Saturday nights. We arrived on a Friday so our first night was not the best. But we did sleep because we were so tired!

+ Location,the staff they are all helpful even though they can’t speak English but they are trying to communicate with the help of google translate.it was hard for us to carry our luggage because hotel has no elevator and we are in the 3rd floor.bathroom is so tiny that I am always afraid I might broke the glass door.we stayed 8 days and on the 7 days no more water heater ,I asked why but the chamber maid replied me in Russian so useless and she was this smiling face and kind to us.Room are clean with complete amenities ,no kettle inside the room but 24/7 hot water outside hallway for free..I like being here and if you are young and energetic you can enjoy staying here because it’s walkable to Kremlin and red square.nearby coffee shops and grocery stores .hotel is accessible to all.the handsome young guy name Albert accompany us upon check out he was kind enough to wait for our taxi and talk to the driver .my overall rating to the staff are all helpful ,kind and willing to help😍thank you so much guys..I’m sure to choose your hotel again if ever I will return to Moscow but not on winter season ahaha and surely recommend you to my friends.god bless you all.

+ I needed a hotel close to the Red Square and close to the metro station. This hotel does both. Plus I needed to keep my bags safe after check out, and it was possible. For me 100% and will be back if I am in Moscow.

+ The location was good, around good restaurants and a nice park

− The room was OK but the bathroom was horrible, the toilet was connected to the shower and when the toilet was flushed water would come out in the shower floor. I asked the hotel to review this issue with plumbing but didn't help. I ended up not staying the 3 nights I had paid and looked for another hotel. There was a problem with the bathroom and how it was connected. When flushing water in the toilet water (not clear) would rise in the shower. Hotel employee was not very helpful or nice.
