+ For the price they charge, you get a clean room with a private bathroom. Other than that, the heat is unbearable.

− The location is not as close to the metro as they claim. Line 7, which is the one that takes you to the city center, is actually 1.5 km from the property. Also, the nearest minimarkets are about 1 km away, which isn’t very convenient. The fan they provided didn’t work, and they replaced it with a toy-like one that also didn’t work. There are a lot of rules, which can feel a bit overwhelming. Keep in mind that there is no night entry to the property. Overall, it’s okay—if you have very low expectations.

− The internet is the worst of worst, unstable and sometimes disappears completely, and don't even mention the bathroom, it was terrible.
