Free Life Hostel

+ !!!! Please Change the reception !!!!! This reception woman gonna ruin the hostel she's no manner no skills and rude. This hostel's located at 3rd floor and no elevator, We book hostel for 2 room+ 2 night and when we're arrived in the evening No one at the reception table, I was calling her she pick up phone and say she don't understand english, After she came we have registered my room but my father can't, she say my father doesn't have registration, I told her my father just arrived Moscow and come to your hostel so he doesn't have it (but she still keep asking, so how can I have register??? actually you need to do for us, It's funny) then still continue say my father don't have visa and I told her we are from Thailand we have free visa you can check it, but she still continue to argue and talk not polite. After that she's still trying to find another problem to us, she told my father didn't book the room.... Dear girl we book and we have paid money before we'll arrived 1 month, I told her how is it possible because the hostel just send reminders email to me that we'll check-in today, even I open document and show everything but this woman still try to argue raise voice it's very rude and tell that is my fault.

− She can't find my father name in the reservation and show me the screen of another guest name and ask me "Is that is yr father name?" I said No that's not my father name at all and she blame that I put the name of the guest wrong (which is I also don't know who is that guest come from, she simply show me). She trying to throw the problem to me and going to end the conversation which is my father will have no place to stay tonight. That time I was shocked and wanna cry because we have paid money and everything we came from another country, have a lot of luggage and very tried. I ask her where my father will live tonight? we already paid money, she said "I don't know" and acting like she doesn't care. At the end I told her to show all screen of the guest that booking and also the date and I FOUND MY FATHER NAME THERE !!!!! (which is just above the the guest name that she had shown at first). We waste a lot of time there and she Don't even say Sorry to us. I go down tell my family that have been waiting long time outside they get angry and we decided to check out and leave this hostel immediately after check in even we hv already paid money for 2 room and 2night and can't refund !!! This hostel is NOT GOOD, for my father room he got the room that behide the reception (which is door enter the room very very close to reception chair) We're NOT OK with everything there. We have time to stay just 2 days in Moscow and our plan to travel Moscow that day after check-in and store luggage was failed, because of this woman. My father he's already 66 years old! we need to wait and walk and find new hostel and carry 4 big luggage and It's cold outside. Most Nightmare and BAD memories in Russia !!!!!!!!!!!

− Please change reception this woman is No skills, No manner, RUDE, No responsible. We check-out immediately after check-in, didn't even touch the room. We have paid money and waste 2 room+ 2 night, didn't stay there because if this reception woman.

− It’s difficult to find the location for foreigners. And too bad can’t ask for storing the luggage after check out in case your flight at night. But there is near the metro for luggage storage.
