− No sound isolation at all

+ I like this hotel. The location is wonderful. It’s near the metro. I choose the room which is too small but I stayed only 1 night so it is fine.

− The bathroom a bit dirty.

+ the place is so good really close to metro station

− that's all about good thing, if you have a 20inch suitcase you can't even open it in the room, better choice a further one if you have time for transfer or pay little more money to live in a better one

+ The hotel was fully cleaned daily. A very clean hotel. A welcoming, professional staff. Staff members spoke Russian, Spanish, and English as of January 2023.

− The hotel was very hot at night. Rooms lack individual temperature control.

+ The hotel location is good near to the redsquare and access to the hotel is also good

− Room is very small, not recommended Worst hotel service i have ever experienced. The staff is super rude with people specially foreigners. They just shout at you and dont want to talk to or ready to listen to you. Worst customer service i have experienced in my life. The reception staff should be changed.

+ Near Red Square No regreats Staff doesn't speak English.

− Very small room but It is much better than more expensive ones.
