+ Literally everything else - starting from the name and concept (I appreciated it because I sail recreationally), and moving on to location, breakfast, cleanliness of the room and very polite service.

− Apparently, there were cameras installed in the room. As I was checking out at the reception desk, the administrator looked at her screen and said: did you leave this small item on top of the cupboard on purpose or forget it? She then went to the room and got it for me. I hadn't been warned about any video surveillance in the room verbally prior to checking in, and I was unpleasantly surprised at that moment. I did sign a document about rules of living at checkin, but it was after midnight, after I spent all day on the road, I wasn't provided a copy of the document - can't say for sure that nothing was stated there. Anyway, that part wasn't great.

+ Very Clean and Modern. Supermarket and Malls and Market within walking distance and quite close to Tulskaya Metro.

− Its on the 3rd Floor and no elevator. It may a bit struggle if you have large luggage.
