Radisson Blu Olympiyskiy Hotel, Moscow

+ The room size was big and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful

− Some of the reception employees are not friendly like Ms. (Anna) but Mr.ILYA was very good and nice/ friendly with us and Mr Ameen as well.

+ I loved the guster of the hotel to offer free gifts like ice cream or coffee every day it was nice and made me feel welcomed

− Very very very bad housekeeping service. I stayed for 14 nights and everyday the housekeeping they don't clean the rooms, they don't keep tissues or towels and not cleaning the garbage. I spoke several times with the hotel front desk and the housekeeping manager all of them were very nice and promise to resolve the issue but nothing change. Everything was good except the housekeeping was very bad. I have never seen somthing like that since 40 years of travel. Very very very bad housekeeping service. I stayed for 14 nights and everyday the housekeeping they don't clean the rooms, they don't keep tissues or towels and not cleaning the garbage.

− All perfect, but the room was smelling smoking when we checked in.

− بعد الفندق عن اكثر الاما كن والسنتر وعدم وجود خيارات مطاعم قريبه

+ الصراحه من اروع الفنادق في موسكو واعجبني الإستقبال متعاون جدا خصوصا jule كانت محترفه ومميزه تم ترقيه غرفتي الصراحه انصح فيه العوائل الخليجيه يبعد عن السنتر مسافة ٣٥ دقيقه مشي وبالتاكسي تقريبا ٨ دقايق شكرا ريدسون بلو

+ The view from the room was amazing The hotel gave us a lovely plater of fruit and sweets The room was beautiful and comfortable, decorated like I've asked them. I'm very grateful They help me very much, I'm absolutely grateful

+ Not far from NDHX and Cosmonaut Space Museum, but very far from airpot. Also across street from new Olympiiski stadium to be completed March, 2025. Food was excellent, service excellent. Would prefer draft beer in the bar but they only had bottles while I was there. Everything very comfortable, great view, excellent service and cleaning staff. Extremely clean! Very courteous and accommodating staff.

− I didn't like the attitude of reception, very rude girl, asking for my registration as if she is a police officer threatening me why registration was not field currently as if I am immigration officer! This was the only weak point of this hotel the rest was perfect as always!
