+ The Location is the only saving grace.

− The common area upto room from hotel entrance is not good & hotel needs to redo the area & stair case . Also outside the room window hotel has kept broken stuff . the linen needs to be improved. breakfast is fixed with little choice especially for vegetarians & just one cup of coffee or tea or glass of juice.

+ Everything was amazing, room was clean

+ The hotel was close to Red Square and easily accessible on foot. The reception desk was staffed by Turkish speakers, a significant advantage for a Turk in Russia. The room was a perfect size for two people. Breakfast, while not particularly satisfying for Turkish guests, was delicious.

− Since the hotel doesn't have an elevator, we had to carry our own luggage. Luckily, we were on the first floor, so this wasn't too much of a hassle. The room wasn't very clean. The sofa in the room didn't look clean. The spare sheets and pillows in the wardrobe didn't look clean either. The sheets on the bed were spotless, so I hope they'd clean them. When the windows were left closed for long periods, the room had an unpleasant odor.

+ Everything is very good. Especially the location is great. The staff is very friendly. There is a cafe downstairs that serves great breakfast)

+ It was nice and quiet, the staff are super friendly and helpful, the location is good, and the room is comfortable enough for a night or two. Way better quality than some "4 star" hotels in Moscow, especially considering the location.

− The only thing that wasn't great was the small, awkward basin/vanity area counter top in the bathroom but overall it was still fine for a night.

+ Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.

+ They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

+ Hotel has a excellent location, basically anything in Moscow is within easy and convenient reach. Superb. The rooms are basic but excellent. Bed and pillows are the best I had in a long time. Everything needed is in place. Very clean and neat. Super, very well maintained. Fresh and clean. Super cleaning service. Staff goes above and beyond, they are really helpful and they resolved everything without a hitch. 15 out of 10 for the staff 😃

− I actually don't have any week points. It's fresh and clean, the staff is super, there is a good cafe in the building. And the price point is great.
