Sofit Art Hotel

+ Staff was amazing and very helpful, provided proper documentation

− Internet was a little slow

+ The only great thing about this hotel is the location. Everything else is just ok or kind of bad. The staff were nice, too. The room service lady was nice and helpful.

− The room was dirty. There was a ball of human hair on the floor carpet. Why is the floor covered with carpet if you can’t clean it properly? The cushions were dirty. They’re not even necessary so just throw them away please. The chair and the remote controller were gross. The swage pipes had an issue and our shower area got flooded with dirty water.

+ Excellent housekeeping lady and Irina at breakfast. The receptionist are not very helpful especially the guy on duty. The attic room is too bright. The sunrise is directly on my face. I’m awake at 4.30am on the first day due to sun. I had to ask to a plastic tape to tape the curtain to the ceiling. Room is just enough for 2 persons. Can open 1 suitcase at a time. I borrowed an iron to iron my dress. Location is good. About 20 minutes to red square. Trverskaya metro is about 5 minutes walk. There is a fastfood chain like mcdonalds before reaching the metro station.

+ The hotel was very nice. There were supermarket and bank near the hotel and also a fast food restaurant. The girls in the reception were very kind and helpful.

+ Staff were nice and they stored our baggage after the check out so we were able to travel last day as well

+ Connectivity to the subway is the best, also you have multiple food joints, restaurants and shops very close.

− Room cleaning could be better unless we informed they didn’t clean and it was fine but great

+ The hotel is very clean and taken care of, the staff is super friendly, helpful and easy going. Quality of rooms is great and value for money is good too , near metro.

− The pictures of people on walls can be sometimes creepy at night but its okay 😅

+ Hotel service was very good. The hotel is near the center of Moscow.

+ Charming boutique hotel in a great location and at a very reasonable price
