Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City an IHG Hotel

+ Hotel is connected with Festival City Mall which has IKEA, Carrefour, etc which is a big advantage. It is also connected by water taxi. Breakfast spread was super and we enjoyed it very much Bed were comfortable and all the amenities Provided was good. Hotel room services was very prompt and great.

− It’s beyond value for money. We got more that what we have paid for. Due to excellent experience we had we will surely use this hotel for our future stay.

+ It is connected to the mall and all services, and its location on Gulf Street is useful in all directions and quick to reach the goal Breakfast is good Yes, everything is comfortable

− Not allowing the delivery of rooms just because you did not order food from the hotel and any requests from plates, spoons, etc., the guest must pay a certain amount.

+ Great, particularly if you have a rental car, only 10 mins from the airport. The adjoining Festival City Shopping mall has all the shops and services you need, all undercover and air-conditioned to walk there on the overpass, no traffic to deal with. Can also walk through to the Intercontinental and the Crown Plaza Hotels for other restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Breakfast was very good. Very good selection at the buffet. We ordered porridge on several mornings and it was freshly made and very delicious!!! Staff were very nice and the atmosphere a delight. Particularly Vicki, Basu, John, Mohid and Carla doing a magnificent job at making guests feel welcome. Bed was very comfortable. Nabin did our room cleaning and he was very professional and courteous. I asked for some extra bits and pieces and they were provided. Plenty of water was left for us every day. The room size was adequate for 2. Desk was provided and sitting area as well. We felt comfortable. Air conditioning was easy to regulate. Bathroom good size and practical. Excellent!

− There was a male staff member who called us in our room at 2.30am in the morning and was asking questions about our friend's room reservation, which was very uncomfortable and odd. The phone ringing was extremely loud also and needs to be adjusted.

+ 3 mins walk to Mall. Down of the hotel is medical facilities specially when you are travellers and required for PCR or covid test. 3mins walk to bus stop and taxi stands. It's very convenient and accommodating staff. I could rate the services as five stars and rest assure we will be back My husband is a chef. He is more meticulous than me 😄😊. He rated the food as 8-9 stars. The serving of foods are fresh cooked Comfortable,clean with complete amenities. Staff are well accommodating
