+ Location. Exactly on the main rood. Wash rooms was very clean.

− No lift The 8bed dorm was very smelly. Lockers was almost all broken and didn't repaired. And the mangement was very responsive on it. Need to ask for multiple times. Got it finally though. No silence notice in dorms. People are taking loud call late in night till 2-3am. Reception guys was not speaking English. Only one guy was English speaker. However everyone was co-operative.

+ The woman at the reception, may God bless you. Very charming, welcoming, helpful. It was my first time in Moscow. As a foreigner and black from Africa I was well treated. If I have to come back to Moscow, this is the hostel I want to stay. Even other residents were amazing. They cook food for me. They made me feel good in Russia compare to other hostel I have been. Thank you so much

− worst experience ever the receptionist charged me more for the laundry, beds were smelly, i kept asking for the registration but she completely ignored me

+ 1. Location of the hostel is right on the road; quite easily visible. 2. Receptionist helped to resolve issue.

− Dorm bed was full of dust. It was not cleaned properly.

+ Great hospitality, great location. Crazy people, we dancing all night in hostel with Owner :) hardly recommended

+ hostel was very clean,just 5mins by walking to metro station,close to supermarket, no doubt to book it. also reception girl was very helpful,helped me to find exchange close to hostel
