− My flight was delayed, so I could not check in on time. I emailed them 1 day earlier and already paid the full amount, which is unrefundable, but the lady refused to give a bed I reserved when I arrived and told me there is only one room available which is 10 times the price I paid. She's extremely rude despite my pleading to her for an hour using the translation software. Eventually, I called police and help desk at zenhotel.com, until then were they able to find a bed for me.

+ Good location.

− It was not clean enough. I asked them to register me couple of times also on whatsapp and they just didn t care. The room was very stuffy with no air for so many people and my bed smelled. When i looked for the root of the smell it was under my matrasse. It was full of trash and dirty pants.

+ Very good location, close to metro, shops, restaurants, and Red Square... kitchen is large and full equiped. Staff always ready to help you. I will be back.

+ The room that I stayed was in the 2 floor and it had a great view of river and the bridge and view from the toilet was also cool. Receptionists were polite and answered questions etc.

+ Location was nice. It was close to red square

− First off all, there was a closer metro station to hotel but they didnt write closer metro line (it was hobo... something. You can check green metro line). So, since navigation is not working because of war, it was hard ffor us to find it. They didnt write any description to the website. Otherthan that, i wanted them to give us full body tower. They just gave us one face tower. When we use it, it smelled so bad. When i tried to take shower, the curtain of the shower smelled so bad. We stayed there 4 days and i could take 1 shower because i felt disgusting with the curtains. Also, employees were so unhappy. They didnt smile at all. They looked like they are angry all the time. Last but least, even if location is good, there is no air condition in the rooms. So, you have to open window but in the middle of the night, some cars were passing while honking and screaming. So, it was not good location to relax. We even woke up in the middle of the night. To sum up, even if it is good price with super close the red square, i wish i would choose another hostel.
