Izumrud Yug Hotel

+ 10 min walk from the Metro, room was spacious and always properly warmed up. 24/7 reception, the staff is always willing to help and doing their best. The internet was excellent

− - this hotel has NO SOUNDPROOF WHATSOEVER , which ist the main problem! you can hear absolutely everything that is going on there all the time. Could not sleep for a few nights because of this (snoring, people using the toilet next door, talking in the room above) - this is the only reason i will never ever stay there again! - the breakfast is the same thing every single morning (grechka or oatmeal with 1 sausage) + 1 coffee/tea. NO other food to choose from whatsoever. - the cleaner didnt clean the bathroom properly

− Most hotel stuff was polite and very nice. There was only 1 lady at reception which is constantly not nice to tourists. When you can't speak Russian she overreacts you and shows a lot of bad emotion even when you try to communicate via translator. Its so rude which could be a reason you never come back.

+ This is an excellent hotel for its price. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is 750m from Metro station Shabolovskaya which is a great plus. The hotel is located in a calm district where there are no noises from street car traffic.

+ One of best in Moscow the receptionist were amazing ladies bless them.The allocation is splendid quiet and calm.would definitely recommend to anyone.Thank you for the great hospitality
