+ Beautiful hotel, spa, sauna, steam room, pool. Love the hotel looks in general. Good food in room service.

− Cleaning staff maybe the worst I had in a luxury hotel. Didn’t arrange anything, there was some cheese from room service that they left for 6 days which was extremely visible on the desk (I left it there just to see how long they will take, they never took it until I directly) they just made the bed. One day Left the cleaning sign on, left for 6 hours, came back and they just turn the sign off and didnt clean or make bed.

− I extended the check out till 6 pm , I called the reception they informed me that i need to pay 17000 RUB but when i want to reception they told me 20000 RUB , I told them that we agreed to pay 17000 only , the receptionist told me that i called room service not reception but i am sure i called the reception and he didn’t give me the receipt..

− 1-No isolation at all 2-Cleaning so bad 3-For the reception staff at the hotel, they were very bad and unprofessional. They even mocked the customers. I asked to speak to the manager, but they brought one of their friends instead.

+ Location was perfect near by red square Room was good , comfortable bed , warm room

− Hotel in general was good , price could be better ( lower ) and flexibility for late check out if there is a chance (they ask me for 2000 rub for late check out ! , my check in was at 23:00 )

+ The reception and reservation was really helpful and very welcoming, the hotel was clean and spacious.

+ The location and the outstanding people at the concierge and reception who always gave us more than what we expected, especially the housekeepers who were really helpful and available for us

− I believe dining at ground level restaurant could be improved to 5 star level.. one waiter serving all tables will definitely not be able to provide good service also the food quality can be improved..

+ they were so welcoming and upgraded our room before they know we are in honeymoon, and surprised us with little gift.

+ They exchanged the money at hotel. The trolley boy.

− The first two nights was so bad because there aren’t have a hot water in suits at all. And they fixed so many times but still not working. We decided to leave the hotel or change to another suite & then they changed our suite but it’s was smaller than our suite & they don’t change the price we paid same the bigger suite price. They need to be more professional with customer service It “should be compensation, not just changing the wing to a smaller one and paying the same price” the problem takes 2 nights and the weather In Moscow was very cold. Also, the room cleaning they don’t change the towels every times just the same we use all nights!!! Also if we ask more water bottles we should paying for it. In the end, we recommend only the location.

+ Excellent location very near to the center and many land marks around for example: GUM mall. The food was delicious as we ordered breakfast and dinner and the service also was good.

− Room cleaning & tidying was not that good.
