Holiday Inn Express Dubai Safa Park an IHG Hotel

+ Good location, couple km from Burj Khalifa and pretty close to a City Walk It was nice and clean hotel. All rooms were cleaned every day Very talkative people who always ready to help

− Our room was quite far from reception and that’s why we had not good wifi

+ The location of the hotel is excellent. It's next to the metro station. It is also we'll connected to the main road. The room and the hotel overall was very clean The people at the reception were always ready to help ans very friendly to talk

− Thr breakfast at the hotel was quite repetitive

+ The breakfast was perfect. The timings were super nice. It was from 06.30am-10.30am. And even when you came at 10.30am they didn’t make any issue of it, instead of that they help you to get some food, before everything was cleaned up. Also, they replenish continuesly - so if the croissants were almost finished, they add new fresh warm croissants, no matter what the time was, even when breakfast was almost finished! It was a perfect breakfast for internationals, from bread, croissants, eggs, sausages, pancakes, potatoes etc till continental breakfast like dhaal, roti etc.

− We traveled with two small kids under 3 years. So, for both of them we had their strollers. When we arrived at the hotel, we had ofcourse lots of suitcases besides the strollers. There was no one who helped us to get everything to our room. Which was at the fourth floor at the end of the hall.
