+ The hotel is located close to the serpukhovskya metro station, convenient for anyone who’d prefer metros.Our stay was comfortable, polite staff they spoke English.Shoutout to Varya)the wifi wasn’t working properly,had to use data. Also it would be better if some spoons were available in the room itself instead of going and getting it ourselves.

− Location is great, two metro stations 10 minutes away by foot The mattresses are awful, you will fall down several times a night. We checked several rooms and all of them have the same thin, cheap mattresses. It was clean The hotel workers stole my and my mom’s AirPods Pro and AirPods 4. awful experience would not recommend to anyone. Hotel staff steals your stuff from the room you keep your suitcases in before leaving, i suggest you extend for a couple of hours instead of living your suitcases in that room. Unhelpful staff, they wont answer my calls or emails even tho i can see that my AirPods are both there and haven’t moved outside the hotel. Be careful, even Ibis and Accor hotel staff have turned into thieves.

+ The hotel is conveniently located near the Paveletskaya train station. Food is good and fairly priced. The bed and the linen are good. The room is comfortable. The room is very clean and neat. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

+ Paveletskaya railway station Business lunch is good and affordable. Good quality / price ratio. The room is clean and neat Everything is OK. The room was cleaned properly everyday. The staff is willing to help and managed to solve all my queries.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of food products. The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel and the room that I stayed in were very neat and clear. Staff is very helpful and energetic. They are willing to help.
