− The WiFi was not reliable

+ The location was very good low distance from red square staff very nice and helpful

+ Staff very polite and professional. Helped me without hesitation.

+ Everything’s good except they are not accepting any other currency than Russian rubles. Tough to communicate and they don’t want you to talk English at all, Unless you have translator in your phone.

− The security personnel in ground floor they check you every other minute even though you have access cards and see them regularly and behave as if guests are staying for free. Very arrogant and clueless to communicate.

+ We use to extend three extra hours and we pay for that extended hours that was good becuse our flight was at night

− It was very noisy because of passing by highway traffic. Window glasses were not sound proof. Could not sleep properly because of this reason. Otherwise everything else were spot on.

− 2 times the hotel staff stole some food from our room and opened the suitcases, also they did not vacuum the room floor, also none of the hotel staff and reception knew English and this is really a negative point for a hotel.
