− 1- The Hotel Management claimed that they are 5 Starts Hotel Level and the truth is they are below 4 Star Standard due to the following reasons:- 1- The Air Conditioning was Not working and for 3 nights was Not fixed despite continuous follow-up. 2- The Bath Tap has water blockage and it took them 2 days to be fixed. 3- The rooms and corridors having an uncomfortable smell which is inappropriate with the International Hotels. 4- The Hotel websites have a lot of beautiful and attractive photos which are very old and doesn’t reflect the reality once you checked in so please be extra careful in choosing this Hotel. Remarks: The Hotel has Three (3) different Names:- 1- The Rooms Boutique Hotel 2- Golden Rums 3- Taganka Hotel The Question poses itself .. WHY ??? Final Note: please be advised that while you are talking shower if you spell or drops waters on the toilet you will be subjected to fine which will cost you 25,000 Ruble.

− The hotel lobby was bad and the reception was very bad. The rooms were a scam for us because they did not look like the pictures shown and were unclean and the hotel smelled like a dead body. The rooms boasted sound insulation and we could hear everything next to us. It was the worst experience I had in Moscow. Thank God, I changed the hotel on the second day and went directly to Marriott. I forgot something that there is no room service and even when I arrived no one carried my luggage. The hotel is exactly a quarter of an hour away from the city center. Bad hotel.

− Hotels have more than one name, and the reservation is incorrect by the program. My reservation was for two bedrooms, and I only received one bedroom. Hotels have more than one name
