+ The hotel is cozy and homey. The staff is friendly, super helpful, and accommodating. We stayed in room 8 and it is spotless clean. Breakfast is served in bed. They have no buffet/ kitchen/ pantry/ eating hall. You can request your food preference as well. The bathtub is clean and the toilet has a bidet. The hotel is a bit far from the city center but if you're into walking like us, this should not be an issue. We enjoyed our walks from and to the hotel regardless of the weather, we discovered many places on foot including the tunnels, the metro, and beautiful places in Moscow. The hotel has no signage, a bit tricky when you first arrive. And the neighborhood is very safe even on late nights.

+ Location is convenient with quiet neighborhood and closed to 2 subway stations.

− Due to construction of the hotel, room’s windows were blocked sometime, and the construction noise started in early morning. Front desk people are nice but not always showed up. Room was spacious but the side tub cover fell out easily.

− I traveled to this hotel in May, they were under renovation. And now I traveled to this hotel in September, they were still under renovation and the noises were annoying.

+ Quick access to restaurants, metro and a store near the hotel. ms Victoria was very friendly and lovely.

+ Tver prospect is within a walking distance. Lots of stores, coffee shops and restaurants are in the vicinity. City center and VDNH are 10-15 min taxi ride away. Well equipped room, comfortable bed. Very happy with the staff, always available and keen to help with any questions, requests.

− The room temperature was a bit high.

+ The location was amazing and the price was good. They also had a bidet in the toilet.

− Maintenance was happening during our stay. Building is old.
