First 4 Apartments

+ 1. The apartments are within 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station 2. Mattress and pillows are soft enough 3. Almost every little detail is taken into consideration: there's washing machine, iron, some kitchen-ware, etc etc 4. It's not cold in the apartment in the winter, but it gets stuffy from time to time

− 1. Zero sound isolation: you can hear people talking, laughing, playing music, flushing the toilet. 2. The room is on the 3d floor and there's no elevator. May be a problem if you don't travel light 3. Managers are not that eager to help in case you face some issues not straightly related to the amenities. May run across problems with temporary registration for foreign visitors (if not ask in advance to register), 'cause they don't do it automatically like in hotels. 4. Lack of towels, bedding, toiletries. May be the case if you stay for more than 4-5 nights. 5. A heated towel rail would randomly turn off sometimes 6. Insects detected in the bathroom
