Signature 1 Hotel Tecom

+ Location was great and almost all taxis knew how to get there immediately

− The pool was much smaller than it appeared in photographs and the room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, there was some mould on the wall by the bed

− Worst hotel ever in dubai so far… 1) wait in the lobby for more than 2 hours (while my parents are 73 and 67 years old respectively). 2) we booked a triple room and got a "deluxe" double room with extra bed, even for two this room was ridiculously small… 3) the next day after the first night, room service had still not been upgraded to 7pm, so we had to ask at reception for the room to be clean! 4) The breakfast is very poor compared to what is done in other true 4 star hotels in Dubai. 5) the only answer you can hear in this hotel is "we are sorry" but that does not make up the time or money wasted in this establishment! to conclude, run away! Poor breakfast

− Need more car park
