− The check in and check out with the Arabic Gent Front office Supervisor is too slow, he should not stand there as he talks to a lot of guest, leaving the guest waiting for too long.. the dinner and breakfast has less variety. The apartment room is ok but the KING bed is not comfortable as it has two twin mattress - it was not tied properly so it was separating while we sleep, i got a back pain.. the pool is ok as usual, but we are not coming back.

+ Very close to Dubai Metro and Malls. Free shuttle to JBR beaches. Lovely big rooms and balcony.

− Definitely not enough staff on duty. Very difficult to contact anyone for concierge, room service etc. And when we did, it took a very long time to get the service we required. Long queues for check in/out! Only staff doing this for a 1015 bed hotel! Rooms do need a thorough spring clean!

− Smart TV connection doesnt work. Only works with Samsung, which is disappointing

− while check-out was informed, the receptionist(sounded Asian) was bit angry in asking for payment if late check-out is done. We had sought permission till 4 pm and it was confirmed while check-in too. Anyhow the timely intervention of Manager on duty(Reception)sorted out the issue, which would have rued our visit to Dubai. Not for any action, only correction.

+ I like everything, location, rooms, and also the friendly and very approachable people working in the hotel. I had an awesome stay with my hubby in Mercure hotel barsha height. The good thing is very accessible in metro, and even the supermarkets are near, it has also restaurants near at the hotel.
