− I don’t recommend this apartment as the owner doesn’t respect her visitors. Deposit is taken at the time of check in and she should be there at out check in time if she wants the deposit. However, She requested us to pay deposit and she determined the time. We told her that time is not suitable for us. She locked the door and requested us to go to her house to give her the deposit. At the time of check out, she lied that we broke 2 wine glasses. However we didn’t even touch not use them at all. She stolen our money she took from our deposit and she said that she trust her maid who took video of the apartment before our check in and she didn’t tell us or show us any videos for the apartment at our check in. Be careful if you booked this apartment already, ask her to send you a video for the apartment to see everything at the time of check in. If you didn’t do this, she will send you fake videos and she will tell you to broke glasses and will steal your deposit.

+ Nice and clean place , the location is excellent, good for family and the owner of the apartment so collaborative

+ • The apartment is very nice and clean, but its view is to the back and not to the main street. • The apartment is equipped with all basic needs. • The building is a huge residential complex with many apartments and hotels and there is a resignation at the entrance (not for the apartment). • The apartment is in an excellent location in the middle of the new Arbat Street and very close to the old Arbat Street, where there are wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops. • The area is touristic and has many Arab tourists • Entry to the apartment was done electronically by contacting the property manager via WhatsApp. • Many thanks to property manager Ms. Maria, for transferring the deposit to my bank account immediately with no dealy as she was unable to be present when I left the apartment early morning around 5:00 am.
