+ A beautiful and quiet hotel, but the rooms are different. It seems that I was in the old unupdated room

− Noisy, can't sleep well at night, didn't get support to carry my bags on the checkout.

+ The hotel located near many breakfast restaurants and coffee shops. Also you can reach the Metro station by 5min walking. Quite and clean.

− The receptionist guy “Alexay” asked for a tip too many times when we checked in late at midnight. He said he upgraded our room but it was the same we booked. At the end we gave him what he asked as we were exhausted!

+ This is my second time staying here and I really like everything about this facility. Breakfast is great! Clean rooms with plenty of space. Always clean and fresh! Staff members are really friendly :)

+ The location is great! The bed was comfortable, and so were pillows. The room was clean, and once I entered the room I saw a welcome card with my name on it, and a plate of cookies :) Everything was super clean! Fantastic experience! The gentleman that helped me check in was polite, very friendly. I believe His name was Alex.

+ between Mayakovskaya and Belarusskaya, very convenient with metro 2 and 5 and express train to Sheremetyevo airport I was upgared to Executive, it was excellent..but the view wasn't up to the level )) Clean everybody helful

− Wifi.. for such a hotel, it is unthinkable they limt the wifi speed to 10 Mo

+ Great location. Outstanding reception service, delicious meals in the hotel restaurant. Very close to the center, 15-20 mins by walk to Mayakovskaya, 30-40 mins to the Red Square.

− I stayed between January 24 and January 29. My friend and I booked a double room. however, my girlfriend could not attend due to her job and was able to come on the night of the last day of her stay. At 03:00 at night, an employee named Aleksey BONDARENKO did not let my friend go to his room or did not inform me and made him wait for 4 hours. When I wake up in the morning, on the last day I will check out, they took my friend to the room for the last 3 hours. While my friend, who was already on hold for 4 hours and was tired, was sleeping in the room, when I asked the reception if my girlfriend could sleep for 2 hours and fly at 3 o'clock, they said we have to pay extra. I am the operator of a 5-star hotel in Antalya, but I have never seen such a working system. I could not fit them in a hotel of your quality. I think you can be a little flexible on these matters.
