+ Beautiful hotel with really lovely staff. Best experience thus far in Moscow. The spa was a highlight. The guy working there, name begins with S, was really attentive. I will be back!
+ Beautiful Modern Rooms, very clean, great location, helpful reception staff especially the lady with short dark hair, she was very friendly and nice.
− Most of the staff at the restaurant area were not attentive and their attitude was not friendly or welcoming. That’s my only negative comment.
