+ I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk to most tourist attractions. The staff are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and speak great English. They were so helpful and even checked if I forgot anything in my room when I left. The room was clean, well-kept, and I had no issues. My only small suggestion would be adding a coffee table with a water heater and coffee/tea in the room. Otherwise, everything was great! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

+ I spent a wonderful weekend at this hotel, where I enjoyed a spotlessly clean room with a window overlooking the parking lot. The bathroom was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. While room service and the mini bar came with a hefty price tag, the included breakfast was a delightful surprise. The reception and concierge teams were extremely helpful and made my stay even more pleasant. The hotel's location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk from Red Square, which offered a variety of restaurants, attractions, and lively nightlife. Additionally, there were upscale restaurants, cafes, and luxury shopping stores just a minute's walk away. My only disappointment was the TV, which only had Russian-language channels and lacked even a single music channel No issue receptionist and room service were pretty good

+ Large room and convenient location of this hotel made things easy for me. I was on business trip so it was close to all the central locations I have been visiting. Will come back many times I am sure. Its great with plenty of choices. Comfortable, clean and large. It was always clean and I am satisfied with the service provided. Reception staff was polite and so helpful from first moments. Hotel staff always helped with even smaller things but meaningful like phone charger and socket adapter.

+ Nice location, ZUM and the Bolshoi theater are very close, 15 minutes from the Kremlin, 5-10 minutes from the nearest metro station A beautiful lobby and nice spacious rooms. The furniture is a bit outdated, but comfortable. Rooms are very clean The staff is nice and friendly

− Very tasteless breakfast, few options, a lot of pre bought items which is not great (sausages, chicken nuggets, yogurts, meats..) Normally you expect more hot cooked meals especially considering the price you pay for breakfast in that hotel! If we knew we would never buy breakfast there. There so many nice restaurants around where you can get something in the morning instead! We end up eating grechka with vegetables and fruits on the side.. as it was the only okeish option to eat something healthy. (But not for 1500rub!!!!) No syrniki or nice fresh pastry. Whatever was there was dull and tasteless. Doesn't feel like Marriott hotel.. Back to USSR style room... God knows when it was renovated last time. Uncomfortable beds and cheap bedding.

− The hotel staff is very welcoming and cooperative but the furniture is outdated and the lobby entrance could be better as a 5 stars hotel , we arrived early morning before the check in time but the reception welcomed us and checked us in , that was something really good because we were tired and our flight timing was bad. The hotel location is in the heart of Moscow city centre and the concierge Mohamed was really helpful and always at our service whenever it required.
